Humans are constantly changing and adapting to different circumstances. It is impossible to constantly build new structures that serve new purposes. The exponential growth and change within recent years has greatly influenced the physical form of society. Architecture should also become the containers for this kind of flexibility and change.
Superposition explores the relationship between space and the built society. This hypothetical exhibition explores two forms of flexibility through the concept of spatial plasticity and also the utilization of unused spaces.
The visual language of this book is based on the idea of building and pieces fitting together. The combination of staggered typography, french fold, and gate folds are used to communicate the idea of a continuous flow and flexibility that the architectural works embody.
